What makes you alone is not trying. After a few tries we tend to stop teying and hope girls we get to us. But no, thats not how things work. Try get rejected, a lot. And then get a girl (or a boy idc). Even if you have the ugliest face, the worse personality, you will find someone, as long as you try. Also try to "learn" so technique. What girls tend to hate are "heavy" guys. You, guys that anser litteraly 10second after a message, say "i love you" after 3 days etc... It make them feel opressed, choking in all this when its supposed to be fun. Personally a girl that acts like that its a big nono for me.

9 times out of 10, it’s your lack of confidence. In the way you act, dress, talk etc. Ever wonder why you see hot girls with guys you view as a jerk? These questions sound very self deprecating, it seems like you over analyze and focus too much on the negative aspects of yourself, which is a clear sign of depression. My advice, as a random stranger on the internet who has gone through something somewhat similar, I'd recommend getting help. Asking for help, no matter the means in which you do it, is ALWAYS brave. Sometimes we need the help of a professional to realize what is wrong with ourselves and work on the issue. If this is not possible for whatever means, I'd say focus on the things that you dislike about yourself and try your best to change them. Sometimes it is as simple as exercising or choosing other clothes, sometimes its more complex, like emotions, and hinders aspects of your everday life. Rather than seeking the confort, respect, admiration and approval of somebody else, look inwards and learn how to love yourself. If you love yourself (not in a narcissistic way obviously), positive and healthy realtionships will come.
